Heat 3to 4 tsp ghee in a pan or Kadai then add 1/2 cups of ragi keep stirring the flour for 3 to 5 minutes on a low flame. the mixture will begin to bubble add 1/4 cup of sugar. Stir and mix the sugar well with the ragi flour. Now add 1 cup of hot milk. the milk has to be hot before you add it. When you add the milk stir at the same time. Keep on stirring while adding milk. Continue to stir even after all milk has been added till it starts thickening. Soon the mixture will start leaving the edges of the pan to add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix well. Serve it
